Old Large Country Store Counter Vintage Glass Jar Pickle Barrel Wood Handle ****. (Duraglass).
Nice old store counter glass pickle jar. This jar is in good used condition. It has one very tiny flea bite chip on the bottom rim of the jar. The wire bail that holds the wooden handle on, has some rusting around the tip rim. (Character).  Wooden  handle is in good shape. The jar measures approximately 13 3/4” tall x 28 1/2" around the belly of the jar, base is around 7 1/2" & the top opening is 5"  in diameter. It weighs about 7 1/2 pounds by itself. The glass is clear, clean and a nice looking barrel. The lid has a few small scrapes to the white paint, but it is decent shape and screws onto jar tightly. The name "DURAGLASS" is embossed on both sides of the jar down by the bottom of the jar. There is the letter (I) & number 55 to the right. Also, there is the number 11 on the bottom of the jar. See all pictures for a good description. Nice old pickle jar for display or use.
