Original early 19 century table! It is hand made from elm in early 19 century by the craftsman from Shanxi province, a province with rich history and culture in the Northern part of China.  The part of top has turned to black by natural aging. Dents, knots, naturally aged lines, spots, and wear and tears. Four elegantly shaped legs, ending in horse hoof feet and humpback stretchers. A fine example of traditional Chinese joinery: every piece of wood is calculated to interlock in a seamless way to provide structural strength and enhances the beauty of the design. This table with its original color and natural aged top will make an astonishing wine table, accent table or console table in a hallway, entryway, living room, or dining room. An elegant classical Chinese wine table.
