    Vanity
    7 ¾”W X 12 ¼” H X 3 ½” D
    Bench
    3 7/8” W X 3 15/16” H  X 2 11/16” D

    3 1/5” X 7 ¼”
    Both the vanity and bench have age discoloration - the bench more so than the vanity.
    No chips or cracks on either piece but there are light scuffs and scratches here and there.  There also are the remains of a spot in the recessed portion of the vanity top. The phone is attached by one “peg” (the other is broken off in the hole.  The tissue holder is attached securely - not sure how.  The set is missing the framed photo of Ken  that should be sitting just behind and to the left of the tissue box.   There are some scratches on the mirror. The rug is fraying a bit but is (along with the bench seat) still a vibrant red.
